The first halfway house on the street Fugnerova is a small, inconspicuous villa, situated in the built-up area. There are 3 flats and 1 apartment for the caretaker.
The halfway house was opened in 2002 and was renovated throughout the sponsorship. The reconstruction was seported by not only the city Valasske Mezirici, but also different companies and small donors. Major financial contribution was also part of the proceeds Advent Concert Czech Television, which was broadcast on Czech Television, held in December 2001. The great achievement of early completion of the reconstruction were also young people from ADRA, who had spent part of their holiday, without the requirement to pay.
The reconstruction was done by company VOPS, s.r.o.
