For the new building of the Seventh halfway house was offered to the civic association Under the wings a nice land in Vsetin – Rokytnice. The land was offered by  City Vsetin. Thanks Mrs. Iveta Taborska, the civic associations Under the wings gained a help from the previous Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Mr. Necas. He helped to provide funds for building. Thanks Mrs. Iveta Taborska the civic association Under the wings also gaind a support among companies in City Vsetin.

The building was done by company VOPS, s.r.o.
