City Valasske Mezirici offered to the civic association Under the wings a land to build the Third halfway house, which was planned in the project Under the wings. It was a land located on the street near the reservoir. Because an opposition of inhabitants of City Valasske Mezirici, City Valasske Mezirici donated to the civic association Under the wings a land near a hospital.
At first glance, the land did not look attractive, but that changed after the first raid of construction machinery. The Third halfway house was built with financial support from various grants, endowment funds, sponsors, businesses and other small donors. It was opened in 2007.
The reconstruction was done by company VOPS, s.r.o.
